- The parking mode on this controller will power it from the battery even when the car’s ignition is switched off, or until the timer settings on the controller are triggered.
- An off timer allows you to configure the BlackVue video recorder to be powered for a predefined period of time, from 6 hours to infinity. The timer function is only active when the car’s ignition is switched off and switches off when the ignition is switched on. Regardless of the timer settings, the power is switched off if the battery supply voltage falls below the configured voltage threshold.
- The Power Magic Pro controller periodically checks the voltage of your car’s battery, and if it falls below a set level, the controller automatically switches off the power supply voltage. This protects the car battery from being fully discharged.
